If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask our reception team. Staff at the reception desk are available to provide assistance and will be happy to complete your registration.

*For first-time patients, presentation of the My Number Card will be mandatory or Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate (From 2nd of December 2025).

*For the returning patient, please bring your insurance card and My number Card, hospital ID card or Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate, and appointment sheet.

*From October 1, 2024, patient’s choice of treatment fee for first visit-designated medical fee; If you visit our hospital without a referral letter, you will need to pay an extra fee of 7,700JPY(including tax)in addition to your regular insurance-covered cost, and you will need to pay 3,300JPY(including tax) for return visit.

*These fees are determined by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

Requests during a Visit

If you wish to visit, please follow the prescribed procedures at the reception desk “Reception for ward visits” located near counter #2 on the first floor.

Please fill out and submit the Visitor Reception Form and wear the admission card you received.

Visiting Hours

ICU: 14:30-15:00

Rules for visiting

  • Please check the currently allowed visiting hours at the reception desk.(They may change depending on infectious disease outbreaks.)
  • Each patient may receive a maximum of two visitors at the same time, with one visit per day.
  • Visitors must wear masks.
  • No eating or drinking during the visit.
  • Please disinfect your hands before and after the visit.

The following people are not allowed to visit

  • Those who have a fever of 37℃ or higher, those who have cold symptoms
  • Under 12 years old
  • Those who have traveled abroad within the last 10 days

About attendant

Accompanying persons should complete procedures at the reception desk “Reception for ward visits” located near counter #2 on the first floor and wear an admission card.

Accompanying for surgery

Up to two family members are required to wait in the common room of each ward or in the lobby on the first floor.

Hospital Visiting Policies and Procedures

Policies

  • It is asked that all visitors respect our visitation hours to ensure the safety of everyone in the hospital as well as to provide adequate rest to our patients.
  • Visitation hours may be reduced, limited, or prohibited based on a patient's condition.
  • We asked that visitation by children under the age of 12 be refrained upon to ensure patients receive proper rest and to protect against possible infection.
  • Visitors are prohibited from eating or drinking in the wards.
  • Please sanitize your hands before and after visits.
  • Visitation by those under the influence is strictly prohibited.
  • A patient's medical information is only shared with family members or a patient's medical guardian to protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the hospital premises and grounds.

*Visitors experiencing any illness or symptoms of an illness, such as a fever, sore throat, or cough are requested to refrain from visiting patients to maintain a sanitary environment.

Procedures

  1. All visitors must go to the information desk on the first floor and fill out all necessary visitation forms.
  2. Obtain a visitor's pass and keep it on your person at all times during your visit.
  3. Return the visitor's pass to the first floor information desk prior to leaving the hospital.

Persons seen without a visitor's pass may be stopped and questioned by hospital staff.

NOT to bring flowers and plants to the hospital

As of nosocomial infection prevention measures, flowers and plants are NOT permitted in our hospital. Flowers and plants can sometimes carry insects and germs into the environment that may further stress patients' immune system.

In the interest of patient safety, hygiene and comfort, we ask that you do not bring flowers into the hospital in order to provide appropriate care environment to our patients.
